All items are inspected before they are carefully packaged and sealed tightly. However, if you receive any items that are not what you ordered, missing, defective, damaged, etc. please let us know immediately so we can make arrangements for a refund or exchange.
All returns require prior authorization.
Returns of convenience
All returns of convenience (including refused and undeliverable orders) are handled at our discretion and may be subject to substantial restocking fees depending on the type and condition of the item(s). All special ordered items, which are returns of convenience, will incur a 50% restocking fee.

- You will receive an order confirmation/receipt from Paypal confirming your order. No other order confirmations will be sent.
- Most orders are packed and shipped within 1 to 7 business days of the time you place your order.
- If an item is backordered, you will receive an email. Most backorders process and ship within one week of your order being placed.
- Most orders are shipped for free in the U.S. via USPS Priority Mail and do not have tracking numbers. Orders shipped overseas incur a minimum $15 shipping charge, and no specific delivery dates and times are implied.
- The delivery time begins on the day your order is shipped, not the day you place your order.
- We pass along any special instructions to our shippers, but we cannot guarantee they will be followed.
- Please carefully check your SHIP TO address. We are not responsible for undeliverable orders or orders submitted with an incorrect delivery address.
